PTA Volunteers

The PTA's goal is to enrich the environment for our children, families and community. It takes many volunteers to make that happen so we need YOU!

Room Represtative (help organize class parties, be a resource for your child's teacher, help with staff appreciation week)

Projects from home (provide donations/supplies for events, decorate items to be dropped off at school)

Program Nights (help VP of Programs plan and execute school events. Examples include Creature Teacher, Art and Literacy Night etc.)

Social Events (help the Social Events Chairperson plan and execute events like Back to School Glow Wild party and Grandparents Day luncheon)

Healthy Lifestyles (assist the Healthy Lifestyles Chairperson with outdoor campus beautification efforts, Field Day support and vision/hearing screenings)

Hospitality (help with year-round staff appreciation efforts, including donating items. Help to plan/execute staff luncheons and staff appreciation week)

Library Services (help our librarian year-round with shelving and checking-in books and assisting with the book fair)

PALS - Parents Assisting Lunches (provide help during lunch occasionally or regularly, primarily during Kinder-2nd grade lunch times)

Fundraising (help VP of Fundraising with APEX Fun Run and Spring Fling Silent Auction)

Holiday Shop (help decorate for, and volunteer at, our annual Holiday Shop)

Yearbook Committee (assist with gathering photos and providing ideas for our yearbook)

Community Events (help create our homecoming parade float and plan/execute the Spring Fling event)

Dad's Club (connect with other dad's while helping to volunteer for a variety of events throughout the year)

General Volunteer (I am not sure yet how I can help, but want to be notified of volunteer opportunities throughout the year)
